This is just a side project blog that we'd like to dedicate to our nail art and the addiction that we have for polishes

Carlin and Alex own this blog together so there can be double the nail awesomeness

China Glaze Autumn Nights collection for Fall 2013

So far I am in love with this collection. The colors look amazing and I love the vintage flair in the advertising. This includes 10 shimmers and 2 creme polishes. Availability is August 1st.

REVIEW: OPI Spring/Summer 2013 Euro Centrale Collection(as previewed here)
Get your eyes ready for the entire Spring/Summer 2013 collection from OPI! This set includes creme- and shimmer-finish polishes along with one adorable glitter polish.
Let’s get to the swatches now, shall we?

This is one coat of Polka.com layered over You’re Such a Budapest (swatched a few pictures below). Polka.com is a clear-base polish with fuchsia, teal, and purple hex glitter. I love the mixture of spring colors in this glitter!

OPI…Eurso Euro is a vibrant purple-blue creme polish that has a jelly-like consistency when applied. This polish dries with a rubber finish, so you can use a top coat to make it shiny. I used two coats in the photo above.

Suzi’s Hungary AGAIN! Eat up, Suzi! :) OPI comes up with some of the cutest polish names, haha. This cute pink has a subtle silver shimmer. This is two coats.

You’re Such a Budapest is my favorite from this collection, especially with Polka.com layered on top. This gorgeous lilac creme has a slight shimmer as well, but you cannot see it from far away. Three coats required for opacity.

Can’t Find My Czechbook is a muted, dusty blue-green creme. Application is smooth and perfect with just two coats. Can’t find your “Czechbook”? That’s okay, you can pay me in cash. ;)

My Paprika is Hotter than Yours! Whoo-whee, this color is hot hot hot! The name is absolutely suiting for such a bright orange-red color. Pictured is two coats.

Hands Off My Kielbasa! is a shimmering rose polish with a golden shimmer. Two coats pictured here. This is not a polish I would choose for myself, as it seems to clash with my skin tone.

I was not expecting to like Oy-Another Polish Joke! at all from looking at the bottle, but once I got it on my nails, I fell in love. This is such an interesting yellow-gold flecky polish. I think you’re supposed to layer it over another color, but the base is tinted yellow, so I used three coats to build it up. It has such a brilliant shine in the sun!

A Woman’s Prague-ative is a polish that I would expect to be a part of OPI’s Designer Series (DS) collection because it has that kind of sparkle. This is a stunning bronze jelly-like polish with a golden shimmer. So pretty! I used two coats here.

Vant to Bite My Neck? No? I found this deep eggplant creme polish to be out of place because it’s quite vampy for a spring/summer collection, but boy, it’s a beauty. Two coats to cover up all the bald spots!

I Saw…U Saw…We Saw…Warsaw is quite a funky name, don’tchu think? This is a one-coater navy blue creme. I must warn you that this polish may stain your cuticles and nails, so be sure to use a base coat with this baby!

And here we have My Vampire is Buff. Ooh, I always get so excited when I have a beautiful, non-streaky nude polish! This is a gorgeous base for nail art or you can wear it alone for a classy manicure. I used three coats.
Whew! That was a lot of nail polish! What do you think? Did you see something you like?
